Next to that I tried out the new Clay cooking pot I got from a girlfriend and made a Lemon Chicken. It was great. Couscous and Morroccan bread by. A cucumber salad and sliced mangos finished it off. Do you think a tagine would work with chicken, I've always fancied trying one but we don't eat red meat.. It works fantastic with chicken. Look on youtube or google some very nice recipies.
