Scary kids picture book I can't remember the name of

Hi, Can anyone remember a scary kids book, I think it had a lot of pictures.

 

Basically I think it describes things that would scare kids at night time.

 

Two particular monsters I can remember include a green slime monster that hides under the bed and grabs the ankles of little children at bed time if they step out of their beds! The other monster was a mound on coats that when piled together on the floor it became a coat monster that grabbed kids!

 

This book was scary for kids but also a good educational tool for parenting.

 

I think the book was published in the early 1990's, Any help would be great, Thanks!
