ned
I won't comment, I'll just sit in the corner quietly It didn't take you long You must have run to the computer as soon as the ref put the whistle in his mouth
Stephanie2008
I gave up watching the football and came on here anyway I'm not that mean
ned
The second half was boring until the last 15 minutes. Should be a good second leg.
Lilywhite
Preston are host to a small time team today, you've probably not heard of them before but they are called Chelski or somthing. Should be a breeze really
Inver
Sedge.....Hoorah....Andy and his team actually managed to get a game of footie today, despite the yucky weather, pouring rain! I actually watched the game from the car...lol. Was a local cup game and they won it 5-0. All I can say is I'm glad I wasn't washing the strips Looked like they had been playing rugby instead of footie How did you get on Sedge? Stephanie2008
I now don't care who wins the FA Cup as long as it's not West Brom
Sedge
Excellent news for Andy Inver! We continued our defence of the Cornwall Senior Cup with a 2-1 win at Premier Division Liskeard Athletic! We also knocked them out of the League Cup, so they must be getting mighty sick of us by now! Good times at Poltair Park - the committee have announced their intention to apply for promotion to the Premier Divison!
Inver
Good stuff Sedge. Great results all round for us both then....lol. Hoping it continues and the weather improves for us all....
ned
I now don't care who wins the FA Cup as long as it's not West Brom I think you may be safe on that one. My money is on Manchester City as much as it pains me to say it.
Stephanie2008
I'm thinking the final will be Chelsea and Man City (although Spurs could still be in with a chance).
ned
I'd like to see Spurs in the final, it'd be better than seeing Chelsea or City in it. They just have to get past Leeds first, i would have laughed at that statement a month ago, not now lol Edited January 26, 2010 by ned
darren2k
Im loosing interest in the FA cup by the minute...its a shame the "big" teams dont take it seriously anymore!

ned
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/m/man_utd/8480999.stm Is this news for us now?
Rawr
I don't know, but at least it's better than constantly hearing about how Rooney is off to Spain because the club can't afford to stay afloat. They may as well pack up business if they have to sell Rooney just to ''balance the books''.
ned
It's time for something other than protests to happen at games now. The situation is out of control and action needs to be taken to make the Glazers sell up.
Rawr
I don't understand what business plan they could possibly have :S I know that a club with that stature and history deserves better ownership, no matter the state modern football is in, you can't run a club the way these people are, it's the same as Liverpool, it's an insult. ned
They are only interested in how much they can take out with putting the minimum amount in
Rawr
I don't see how they can make any profit at all, they are idiots.
ned
When they pay the interest on the debt everything else is profit, while they take the money and only pay interest the debt gets higher and higher.
Rawr
Leeches What do you think about the game tomorrow? It's winnable of course, we should have won at Eastlands but the team kind of fell apart after our friend went on a deluded rampage
ned
I can feel a win It'll be intense, the FA have spoken to both clubs about controlling the players but there is bound to be drama. I never had anything against Tevez until last week but i hope the boo boys are out in force to put him off tomorrow night.
Rawr
I think we need to win, not because it's the Carling Cup so much, but because they have not won a thing for so long and it could be dangerous to give them some success, especially with the ridiculous money backing them now. It could be seen as a springboard, and we need that springboard to push us on the the bigger prizes at the end of the season. Tevez, i like the guy, i think he's a great player, not immensely talented, but a great forward. He just seems a little dense at times and the agent probably has a hand in his decisions. ned
33 years since City won anything and if they win one trophy, especially The Carling Cup after all the money they have spent and call that a success, well....
