Logan01
Hi, Thanks for sharing the useful information. Books could be more helpful than you could probably anticipate it to be. There are books of different genre, these could help you differently. First and foremost, there are those academic books that no one would ever like, unless you have this starvation for studies and education. As one grows older, he or she starts to pick books that are more related to the interest that they have, in case the person continues to read. There are so many other activities, which a person would love to be indulged in rather than sitting at a place and read. As the person grows a little and the pressures of earning money increases, you refer the books that would talk about ways of earning money that would capture your interest. Mac
What a curious post, Logan01... to the BCF, Eliza. You'll be very happy on here. Everyone is very lovely. I'm sure you'll find lots of recommendations and great reviews to further boost your TBR pile (To Be Read). My pile is currently the size of Ben Nevis in Scotland. -eliza-
Thanks everybody I already discovered that I really like this forum! My last read book is part 11 of the Darren Shan saga: Lord of the shadows. I think it's really nice, much nicer than part 10! I think it's worth a 8/
-eliza-
Well, I read part 12 too! I was really disappointed about the end of the saga! I didn't like it at all. I don't want to spoil anything, but I think the last 3 books are really boring and weird! I'm reading Runemarks by Joanne Harris right now! -eliza-
Wow, it's been ages since I last posted here. I have read just two books since I came home from holiday. But that's because I'm really busy at school (I have 6 languages and Geography and History are also very hard this year). The books I read last are: Het vergeten Volk and De pijl en het bloed. Two Dutch fantasy books. I liked them but not very much. I give them a 7/10 I'm reading Anne of Green Gables and the Davinci Code right now. And for French we have to read Oscar et la Dame Rose
Janet
Welcome back. Six languages?! Wow, that's very impressive!
BookJumper
Hello and welcome based on your already-read list, may I recommend Generation Dead by Daniel Waters. About zombie teenagers who don't know why they've come back to life and struggle to be accepted at home, school and in society at large, this is the thinking person's Twilight.
