BookJumper
Discovered by complete chance as I plowed through the reading for my critical survey, due in the day after tomorrow, I came across this: basically it's a novelisation of a once popular theory to explain Shakespeare's sonnets and, though the theory itself has now fallen into disrepute, I must say that (from the little snippets I had the time to read) Wilde's treatment of it looks splendidly moving. Will definitely read through and review once my academic life has stopped spinning quite so much. Has anybody else read this, and if so... thoughts? Nollaig
I'd never even heard of it! I must admit, the only story I've read in that collection is The Canterville Ghost, but I'll be sure to look the book proper up now!
