Kell
I love the Harry Potter books & I adore Roald Dahl too. My favourite has always been The Twits - it makes me laugh soooooo hard (it's the Mugglewump family & the hug-tite sticky glue that does it!). Tiger
Went to the library today and chose: Indie Kidd by Karen McCrumble 10/10 The Snow Pony by Alison Lester The Dolphins of Laurentum by Caroline Lawrwnce And a non-fiction book called Large Mammals After a while of reading, I read 52 pages of Indie Kidd! So far, Indie's used some cream on one of her eyebrows, unaware that it vanishes the hair in the ares of the cream! Now she has one and a half eyebrows! LOL And yes, another two books on dolphins, one non-fiction and a story set in the Roman times... sometimes I ask myself why I'm so obsessed with them- LOL! :? Tiger
Here is a load down on my favourite book so far.... Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Harry, and his best friends Ron and Hermione, are about to start their 4th year a Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Harry can't wait to go back to school, no matter how much the Quittich World Cup's dark event upsets him! At Hogwarts... there's a dangerous competion and a new spooky new teacher who used to work at the Minestry of Magic. How did Harry's name emerge from the Goblet of Fire? And is he up for what's in store for him? An excellent book which is also now a major new film on DVD now. I would reccomend it to those who haven't read it yet. I'd give it 10/10! Tiger
And here's one of Shakespeare's Secret by Elise Broach... With a Shakespearian name like Hero, settling into a new town is never that easy. At least this time, there's a mystery to be solved: who robbed a priceless diamond? Why does old Mrs Roth know so much about the event? And why is Danny, mot popular boy in town, so desperate to help? I haven't read the whole book yet, but for me it still works a treat for me! So far: 10/
Angel
Now you've got even more to read after today's visit to the library

Tiger
Nearly finished Shakespeare's Secret. I think I've solved the mystery. And my suspect is... Mrs Roth (Hero's neighbour.) How do I know? Well, she doesn't answer any questions about the diamond, only the necklace, she's not too keen to find the diamond and she knows too much about the robbery for my liking. And, mum... I agree you ARE from Venus: so am I. LOL
