jemimapd Posted December 25, 2008 Share Posted December 25, 2008 Hi, I'm new and tried to search the forums but didn't find any posts on this author....I very much enjoyed Jem Poster's Rifling Paradise and even Courting Shadows a bit until the enigmatic ending. Has anyone read either of these books? I'd love to hear what you thought of it.... Courting Shadows deals with a quite a mean architect who goes to a small town in England to restore a church and disdains the townspeople. Rifling Paradise is the first of the two books and takes place mostly in Australia. It gives a fuller story of one of the characters only mentioned briefly in Courting Shadows.
