frankie
My last day as a 27 year old. Then I'll be older than Kurt Cobain ever was. It is a milestone.
Univerze
Turned 28 at the beginning of this month, and must I add, it's lovely to be on a forum where the majority is around my age or older than me. Makes for much better discussions too.
Mac
I find this, also. It's the only site I chat on. I can't stand any others.
Univerze
Well I used to be on a certain music forum.. for a not too well known Swedish industrial-ish band. The fans used to be okay, my age or just a little bit younger. Now they're more known, and you can tell by the newbies that join.. lots of teenagers, and early teenagers too, and their idea of a good discussion often is to discuss which band member is hotter. What do I care, I just love the music. :motz:Topics have become less serious and more random. So I went looking for another forum hee hee. This one's gooood. angelofboox
I think I'm the one that asked the question about age demographics on the forum, leading to this poll! This week, I float from the youngest age group into the most common one - being grouped in with the 30 year olds makes me feel kind of odd. 21 on Thursday! Univerze
27 for me. Sigh. Haha, I've felt like that ever since I turned like 23 or something. Wonder how I'll feel when I hit 30. Just two more years.. but now people still think me younger than my younger brother, he's 25.
Ernie
Perhaps the average age of members simply reflects the average age of people who are internet savvy. it is a shame though that there aren't more members in certain age groups as they must have a wealth of experience and knowledge about books that many of us can only aspire to. Surely we must do all we can to encourage them onto this forum.

Coffin Nail
It was a mistake to look at this thread. At 41 I feel like an elder stateswoman. I have underwear that's older than some of you guys. Sigh! Oh well, at least I've still got it. Just can't remember where it is
