Booknutt
Thanks Michelle for the tip - I'll blunder off to that site and cause chaos there, too! I've just received a new buy this morning which may be useful to any fellow-newbies it's "Jane Austen The World of her Novels" by Deirdre Le Fay. I've only had a chance for a quick flick-through yet, but it looks that rare thing, an interesting text-book(!) covering a multitude of details about the world she lived in, plus sections on each novel, too. I hope it'll be helpful in explaining things which years-ago, if I didn't understand .... I ignored! Bye for now, all - Booknutt
