Isidro
Oh gods, I think I could get lost in here...... I'm Sarah, a single Mum living in Derbyshire (England - I haven't worked out how multinational this forum is yet!) I write a bit, I run my own business and I read loads. Looking forward to browsing round a bit more.

Isidro
Welcome Sarah! What sort of books do you like to read? Ones with words in! I read loads and I have 3 categories that I split my reading into. 1. Information - if I want to find out something I'll find a book on it. 2. Gripping, really involved stuff - the sort of book I can't put down, the sort of book I talk to saying "You can't do that! S/He can't die yet!" and other loud comments, I love fantasy, sci fi and things a bit skewed from *normal* I did recently discover Tess Gerritsen and I adore her Maura Isles/Jane Rizzoli books and I do shout at those as I read. Vanish had me in tears reading it. 3. Mindless pap. This is what I read when I'm working. It's often TV novelisations or short lightweight books that don't take much brainspace. This is what I read when I need to calm down and sleep. Hope that makes sense for you!
