DougC Posted June 29, 2019 Share Posted June 29, 2019 The book I am looking for is set on a cotton farm in the USA - I think in the 1930s - and is written from the perspective of the farmer's son who is in his early teens. The story is about life on the farm and particularly on the itinerant workers hired to pick the cotton.
