I read The Kite Runner by Khaleid Hosseini (I hope I've spelt that right). in January and it was amazing.  Easily the best book I've read in probably five years or longer.

Really??? I m going to read that to!!!!  :D  :D  Thank you book monkey!!!

@bookmonkey

@Brian.

Is it difficult to read? Do I have to find it in my native language??? Or I ll make it??

You'll be fine!  It is a little sensitive in subject matter though.

I can recommend The Humans by Matt Haig and The 100 Year Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared by Jonas Jonasson.

Try 'The Watcher' by Charles MacLean. The cover blurb describes it

as 'horror' but whilst it contains many horrible incidents, it is so much

more than a 'horror story'. Recently republished,I first read it in 1983

when it came out in the U.K. and am finding it every bit as engrossing

and entertaining now,as I did back then!
