Heather
I never saw the film and I still have the book to but I think it will be next year before I get around to reading THe Time Travellers Wife.
Mexicola
My OH had to explain the time travel to me about five times before I finally could grasp it Thoroughly enjoyed this book as did my OH who isn't a big reader.

angelofboox
I've read it a few times and know other people who've read it and got stuck. In my opinion, I think it's best to read it fast (though I know some people don't like that idea!) because it means I can hold all the story in my head at the same time - if I draw it out I forget what happened when and all the time threads get confusing! Heather
I've read all of this book and found it was a 'cannot be put down book' an loved every moment of the book the way it was written was unusual but it didn't take anything away from the story. vinay87
I adored the book. I read it in one sitting! I simply could not put the book down for those four hours. I couldn't make myself watch the movie because I did not want to hate even a little aspect of it. The story will be one to pass to the next generation and the next and the next. I swear I could manage a story that jumped like that. I never wrote a letter to any author but the first thing I did after reading the novel is send her an email telling her that I adored the book. I am most certainly looking forward to getting more of her books soon.

Nicola Booth
I enjoyed this book so much that I read it twice. Once a few years ago and then again when it was re-released because film was coming out.
vodkafan
I read this one too and enjoyed it. Heard the film was pants though. Some books are unfilmable I guess.
lexiepiper
I've seen the film and definitely wouldn't say it's 'pants', this is my fave book so there was no one more cynical than me when going to see it, but it doesn't change much from the book storyline wise, and it's done well I think
runner
I read it recently and you either love or hate it. I did not enjoy and prob just didn't get it it was however a very easy read and did have some lovely and touching moments...it's a pity they had to make a movie which from all accounts was very poor
Jessi
I found it a really enjoyable book (I read it over the space of a week). It definately has 'something' about it I thought.
