maclsj
Just been sent the link to this article through an archaeology list I'm a member of. The suggestion is that this book could be the next 'Harry Potter'. Anyone heard of it? Read it? Know anything about it? http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070612/en_nm/arts_publisher_dc_2 The book is Tunnels by Roderick Gordon and Brian Williams. Is it really fair to compare other people's works to J.K. Rowlings? ------------------------------------- I forgot to add this link to the Telegraph article about it http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2007/06/12/narts312.xml Seems it hasn't been published yet, will be out on 2nd July. Weave
I think there will always be comparisons made between authors, I think JK Rowling would look at it as a compliment. Thanks for the link, Tunnels does look interesting. x:D
Icecream
It looks interesting, but looks nothing like Harry Potter. Only one thing will mke that decision. We shall have to read it. 2nd July is soon. It is our before HP.
