bamabhai
I was reading an article today which described books which are very bizarre or they were written under strange circumstances. http://www.cracked.com/article_19942_the-6-most-certifiably-insane-acts-writing.html Reading this, some other books came into my mind such as Gadsby, which has no 'e' or Ulysses which has a very long last sentence. What more can you guys thing of?
Kafka
I read that too, haha. I love Cracked. House of Leaves comes to mind, though it's not as bizarre as those. Just real unorthodox. Scary as hell too, once you start to understand it a little. Edited August 19, 2012 by Kafka
Nailed
I Found 'Room' to be totally Bizarre in a bad way. I could not finish it. It was just wrong. Lou x
Alexander the Great
The Journal of Dora Damage by Belinda Starling was "normal" for the first half, but after, and especially around 3/4 of the book, it turned really really absurd, then it got back to "normal". Nocturnal
Hmm, anything Lovecraftian really. John Dies at the End by David Wong is one of my favorite books, but definitely not for everyone, since it pretty morbid. I'd say that's the strangest book I've read so far.
