    Today I got a wooden splinter stuck underneath my fingernail, which came loose from the wooden floor. With some effort we managed to pry it loose. I've never had such a big splinter! It hurts a lot.

      Ouch, feel better soon! If you have some Manuka honey, try and get some on it, will help it heal and lessen the risk of infection. Just don't let the dogs lick the honey off! :o

      Definitely! I was looking through a home magazine looking for inspiration and came across wallpaper decorated with books, why not just have the books? It looked awful!

    Discovered last night that cheap flights (50-80 euro) from Dublin to Oslo in Norway are surprisingly common all year round. Hmmmmmmmmm.

    Daughter's birthday sleepover done, now making cookies for younger sons footie party at 3pm! Wine currently chilling! :D
