Greetings my fellow reading enthusiasts!

I'm pondering why, oh why, haven't I thought of this before! With my love of reading several genres, the discussion of said books and my lack of structure for a schedule (work, but we'll get to that later), why did I not think to join a forum that involved so many people discussing my favorite past time???

Here I stand (errr, sit) at the beginning of a new adventure. I'm looking forward to meeting so many like minded people who have a passion for the written word. I adore being taken away to new worlds, introduced to strong men and women who conquer their fears and triumph over their demons. Be them actual demons, fears or other obstacles.

My job takes me to remote areas that doesn't allow me to settle in to a physical location nor does it allow me to plan for specific times off, therefore the online aspect appeals to me greatly.

I'm eager to begin making new social connections (dare I say 'friends'?) and the discussions that will follow.  Feel free to stop by and say, 'Hello'. I'm sure we shall be meeting soon.
