  1. oops yes I meant We will rock you, of course personally I didn't enjoy the show, it could have been much better the only funny and entertaining thing about the show was that the main actor forgot to close his pants/zipper or whatever one calls that, and because I went watching the show with my class, you can imagine our reaction haha
  2. I've only seen three : Grease Beauty and the beast Queen
  3. lord of the flies good so far but no one knows why but I strangely have to think about the beach film while reading the book... has to be that deserted island atmosphere haha
  4. I think I'll just read all 4 books hope I'll like them
  5. Inception - Well, not 'pish', but it's not THAT amazing. Very good movie, but it doesn't warrant comparison to the likes of The Matrix, unless you're referring to the basic structure of the film and the idea of not knowing what is real and what isn't. It has no real depth, just complexity. It's a proper blockbuster. It is good though, definitely worth watching. Inception - Perfection ,too good to be real I must be dreaming
  6. okay I'll read it soon, hopefully I'll enjoy as much as you did
  7. have just found some books that I didn't know are in possession of my family Lord of the Flies- William Golding ( apparently a modern classic as it is described on the cover) The Crucible- Arthur Miller An Inspector Calls- J.B. Priestley The Warden- Anthony Trollope I also found a book (Oxford bookworms collection) with the title from the cradle to the grave it's a book about short stories by different authors as it seems I don't know whether they are known or not,but I'd like to hear your opinion if anyone read one of those
  8. INCEPTION !!! too good to be real, I must be dreaming

  11. Sometimes.. I had to read some books about the Great War, I had to look up numerous words to understand the story and all the war scenes... how can I read a war book without knowing what a trench is? (English is not my first language) For other books, I mostly do not look the words up, but it took me some time to understand the meaning of 'wand' while reading Harry Potter for the first time in English .
  12. to be honest, i really start to like Holden, he's a really interesting character ..i really get into the book, couldn't stop reading once i started maybe the fact that i'm same aged as Holden makes the book more interesting to me, because generally i do not like slow books with only little action & the form of the book, how it is written ( conversations etc. ) makes me really enjoy reading , but i've just finished die blechtrommel ( the tin drum) by g
