Surgery went well but OMG the pain!

Not a good week.. work very busy and stressful, lots of headaches, a broken tooth, and an overheating car!

Well...a few things have changed for me in the last few months. My long time Other Half and myself have tied the knot. We married early in October, and are happy as clams.

Getting all Christmassy today, going to stitch some decorations!

Hubby's cousin Smokin' Joe Fraizer, champion boxer who knocked Ali out in 1971, is in hospice care. He has lung cancer.

My son was offered an apprenticeship today.

I am having to fill in a 20 page Limited Capability for Work Questionnaire for my brain damaged and disabled husband. I am very, very stressed. How they expect sick people to cope with a form like that I don't know.

woke up to my 18 month old grandson trying to sing "intel intel 'ittle tar"

Aunt Flo visits way too often, methinks.

Done my good day for the day but feel like crap.

This weather is amazing, 24 degrees C here today! Shame my back and joint pains are putting a damper on it as usual

Plans for tomorrow: driving lesson, retinal screening, bowls in afternoon in top division, inter-club bowls tournament to wrap things up.

Thankfully; get to keep my job, but on the whole not a pleasant process which has been going on since October. Will have to celebrate this weekend!!

Has just read the final word on the final page of his favourite series of books ever. So sad it's over.

Haven't needed painkillers today, and I can read again! Yay!
