A few years ago it would have been 2-3 but these days I am lucky to finish one! Thats what three kids do to ya

If I did that I would probably never finish a book! I love reading until I'm about to drop off. That could take two pages or ten chapters, I never set a limit.

Surely PS I Love you or Confessions of a shopahlic have to be on this list? They are so dire, yet the books were fab.

I haven't been able to rea a book in one sitting since I've had kids....wee buggars

The Thorn Birds is the book I feel was best adpated for TV. It isn't as good as the book of course, but ti does come close.

I have to admit that I always bend the pages, unless I am reading a library book. Is that really awful?

Comfort reads are always Sheila o Flanigan, Maeve Binchy or some other light chick lit book

Have you tried the True Blood series of books? They are way better than Twilight, which actually are also quite good when you give them a chance. Much better than the movie...as usual!

I would recommend anything by Sheila O Flannagan or Maeve Binchy. I love all the books you mentioned above and these two are my favourite authors.

Have you tried the classic Space Odyssey series by Arthur C Clarke? My hubby is a scifi freak and loved these.
