It got to the point where I couldn't go on after Drums as it was kinda freaking me out:blush: I read the next two books some time later but they didn't really do it for me..... I may just have to go back and re-read all of them once Bone is released.

  10. I have heaps of bookmarks but tend to use only a few, and they have to match the book I'm reading in someway too. I also have most of the Harry Potter bookmarks - I'm only missing Luna and I'm kicking myself for not geeting it when I saw it now.
  11. I buy all my books new ( I have 1 ex-school book coming my way and that's only because it's out of print and I really wanted a copy) and I probably get a book a week sometimes more sometimes less. It all depends on the release dates of the series I'm following or my favourite authors. They all seem to launch all at once though.
  12. I'm a polliwiggle named Jolly and I'm making my way down to the bottom of the ocean to try and save the world. The water weavers - Kai Meyer
  13. I'm 26 turning 27 this year

  16. I've not read any but have picked up The children's book a few times so I might just go out and get it now.
  17. I can read anywhere anytime! When I was little I would read when we went to AFL games with thousands of people cheering around me and it wouldn't worry me. Now I like to read on the couch, in bed and shock horror in the bath too:smile2:
  18. I have well over 100 TBR but have a deal going with my OH. When I finished a book I can go and buy a new one - which is fine if he's with me if he's not with me it's on for young and old! As long as the pile he sees doesn't change in a major way he's happy!

  20. Time is only the rim of the plate and keeps coming back to itself. the world is made up of repetions. I don't understand. The shell magicians - Kai Meyer
  21. I'm a randomist when it comes to books and sorting. Some series are all together but mostly it's whatever order I've read them in is how they end up on the shelf. I have thought many times of pulling them all out and going for order by author but that would mean constantly shuffling them as I get more books - at least this way it all looks interesting
  22. Hi I live in Australia, I'm 26 and I've been reading for as long as I can remember. I can read almost anything and always need to finish a book no matter how bad I find it! I Don't part with anything I read I keep it all in the hopes that one day when I buy a house I'll be able to hvae my own reading room. Some of my favourite books are Harry Potter, the Tomorrow series, Twilight, the Outlander series, and most Mathew Reilly. I'm also a big reader of young adult fiction as I fing this is where some of the best stories are hiding.
  23. I find it very hard to part with books and am very careful who I lend out to as well. In the past I've been stung where I've lent out a book and it never returned. Now I'll keep a record of who has what and for how long. I also have a need to keep everything I've ever read (I still have my whole collection of sweet valley twins books) hence the reason I don't borrow books I'll just go and buy it.
