  1. There's the Bitterbynde trilogy by Cecilia Dart-Thornton. I read it many moons ago so can't remember much about it, but the main character was mute. Good luck with your search
  2. Your Book Activity - January 2016

I'm reading The lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch. It's good so far but I'm more in the mood for something similar to the Luxe series - big gowns, secrets, love - something light...
  3. Your Book Activity - November 2015

Finished reading Water for elephants by Sara Gruen. Fantastic read I look forward to reading more from her in the future.
  4. Your Book Activity - November 2015

Well I can't believe it's taken me 6 weeks to read Afterlife by Claudia Gray. So glad it's finally over and I can move onto something I'm excited to read....now to figure out what that will be.
  5. Your Book Activity - September 2015

Finished reading Hourglass by Claudia Gray yesterday and moved straight onto Afterlife which will be the final book in the Evernight series for me. I think there's one more but I'm just not that interested the characters just don't grab me.
  6. Your Book Activity - September 2015

I've started reading Hourglass By Claudia Gray - part of the Evernight series. I've decided this month I'm going to finish off some of the older series I have going the last time I read a book in this series was back in September 2009!
  7. Your Book Activity - August 2015

Well that was a quick read... Have finished The selection stories The prince and The guard by Kiera Cass already didn't take long at all - didn't help that there was 100 or so pages of a sneak peek of The Heir (which I've already read) in there too. No idea what to read next now.
  8. Your Book Activity - August 2015

I finished reading The marks of Cain by Tom Knox last night. There were some stomach churning moments but was quite a good read. Makes me want to look into the subject matter more which is always the sign of a good book. I will be looking into the other books written by this author in the future. Moving onto something more light and frothy with The selection stories The prince and The guard by Kiera Cass
  9. Your Book Activity - August 2015

I'm just over halfway through The marks of Cain by Tom Knox. Good read so far hoping to finish it this weekend.
  10. Your Book Activity - August 2015

Finished reading The sin eater's daughter by Melinda Salisbury tonight - really enjoyed it BUT didn't like where it ended I only hope there is another book coming otherwise I'll be wondering forever about what happened to the characters. Not sure what to move onto next..
  11. Your Book Activity - August 2015

Been in a reading slump lately - life has been getting in the way. So it kick start my mojo I've re - read Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone. I've moved onto The sin eater's daughter by Melinda Salisbury.
  12. Your Book Activity - July 2015

Finished reading Emerald Green by Kerstin Gier last night the last book in the Trilogy, and I must say I'm sad it's over. Great characters and good ending wished there was more to it though. Not sure what to move on to next though.
  13. Your Book Activity - July 2015

Finished reading Sapphire Blue by Kerstin Gier last night and am moving right on with the last book in the Trilogy Emerald Green can't wait to see what happens in the end....
  14. Your Book Activity - July 2015

I finished reading Ruby red by Kerstin Gier today good read. Looking forward to starting the second in the trilogy Sapphire blue. Time travel and a love story just what I'm after at the moment.
  15. Your Book Activity - June 2015

Finished The Heir by Kiera Cass today....got to the last 100 pages and realized that it wouldn't be all tied up in a neat little package. With a sinking heart I checked out the author's website and there is was, fifth book out in 2016! I wished I knew that before starting I hate leaving a story half told. Good read though.
