  1. I finished The Leopard - Jo Nesbo, not quite as good as The snowman for me but not far off i think I am now reading Restless - William Boyd, really enjoying his writing style, it's the first book of his that I've read. Also thanks to Michelle I've downloaded 3 books to my kindle: Ash - James Herbert (20p!) Dead Man's grip - Peter James (20p!) and The Forgotten Garden - Kate Morton (69p!) Amazing bargains, I'll probably go back for another look through later!
  2. The young ages of some of the characters was what threw me the most in Game of Thrones I think, I really struggled at times to get my head around the things they were doing when so young! happy reading Isn't it brilliant! Gone With The Wind was so much more than I expected and probably one of the few books I will reread. Enjoy I just finished The Snowman - Jo Nesbo, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Frankie yes I do think it's the best Harry Hole book so far, the others were good but The Snowman - Wow! Now I've started The Leopard also by Jo Nesbo, can it top the previous one? it'll be amazing if it does.
  3. Ooops sorry Mind you I do live in Brighton where anything goes and nobody bats an eye!
  4. I've been waiting a long time to read it too because I had to read them in order (I was frightened of missing something!) The earlier ones are very good though. I don't want to rub it in but The Snowman is soooo good!!
  5. It's taken over 3 weeks - 2 of those lying in the sun on my holiday - but I've finished A Storm of Swords. I've now started The Snowman ~ Jo Nesbo, I've heard such good things about this book and he hasn't disappointed yet so I'm sure to enjoy it.
  6. I'm 75% of my way through Storm of Swords ~George R R Martin, I'm really enjoying this doorstep of a book there's so much going on, plenty of action and some shocks! 15. It definately is a great book Frankie I was sitting in the doctors waiting room, tears streaming down my face when I read the last few pages and I was still tearful when the Dr called me in! He must have wondered what he was in for!! It's got some classic Dexter phrases in places, it's going well
