hey Charm - thanks for your kind welcome message. I dont know how to send members messages but i will learn, its possible I need to do more posts first before being able to but thanks for the tips on other books I think I have one from Montarini somewhere - do they need to be in a particular order?

Nice to meet ya! I also love the gory serial killer type novels (especially the graphic details 
). Check out my reading list for some great ones. The Tess Gerritsen ones are in order (the rizzoli series is anyway) they kind of carry on the storyline in the next book. As do the books by richard montanari which IMHO are even better!Have fun

At what time in the day do you read?

I read whenever I can - mostly in bed at night but also when having a nice long hot bath though holding up a hard back book can make your arms ache! I also read when my husband has some sort of sports on the television - though he does insist on giving me a commentry I dont want to hear and then gets annoyed when I dont respond cos I am so engrossed in the book! -
Hi I am a newbie too and still trying to clock up my first 10 posts! currently reading Patricia Cornwell's Body of Evidence - which I picked up for a mere 25pence! Bargain! I love to read crime/thriller books and gruesome as it may sound I love the detailed discriptions of the murders! Just read Tess Gerritsen's Body Double which I loved.

I actually quite enjoy the TV series, I havent read any of Kathy's books though. I guess maybe my opinion may change if I read the books and then compared it to the characters on the show. Is it important to read the books in the right order?
