  1. A Muller vanilla yoghurt with chocolate sprinkles (which I could actually be addicted too!)
  2. I'm about 2/3 of the way through Personally I Blame My Fairy Godmother by Claudia Carroll. It took some getting into but I'm quite enjoying it now. It's a bit too fluffy, and the main character, Jessie, sometimes needs sense knocked into her but I'll finish it tonight just to see how it ends.
  3. I studied 1984 for my A-Levels and had to do an assignment comparing and contrasting 1984 with A Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood. I can remember enjoying writing that assignment (which doesn't happen often!)
  4. It sounds cheap to me too. I had to pay £3 for a "normal" cheese sandwich at uni
  5. I agree with you about the home fans booing the team. I really believe that people should support their team, come what may. I was devestated when Newcastle got relegated two years ago but I still wouldn't boo the team. I definitely wouldn't pay money just to boo. Kimmy - I'm sure Leicester will get better. Bad start to the season but it will pick up I'm sure!
  6. I can't find the time to read at the minute and my mojo has completely gone. I need a good book to draw me back in
  7. Panic Room. I think it's quite good. Bit slow in places though.
  8. I'm 21 and I'm still living at home. I would love to move out but just don't have the money to do it. My mam always jokes that she'll be moving in with me when I go I am really close to my mam though so I can imagine getting just as upset as her when I have to move out.
  9. Happy birthday nursenblack :)

  10. Happy birthday :) Hope you're having a great day! xx

  11. Football...I've never watched a game of Hockey. Sunshine or Snow?
  12. 1. Age (<18, 18-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55+) 18-24 (21) 2. Gender Female 3. What do you read on a daily basis? (blogs, newspapers, books, etc.) Yes, I try to. Books, newspaper articles online, journal articles for uni, trashy celeb magazines. 4. How often do you read for fun in a week? Try everyday but probably 2-3 times a week 5. What time of day do you like to read? Night-time, usually around 8 when I'm in the bath or in bed. 6. Where do you read? In the bath mostly, or in bed before sleep. 7. How many books have you read in the last 6 months? 34 8. What type/genre do you enjoy reading most? I couldn't choose just one-supernatural, mystery, thriller, chick-lit. 9. Why do you read? (entertainment, relaxation, learning, etc.) Entertainment mostly, learning for my uni stuff 10. What barriers prevent you from reading more? Not having enough time! 11. Do you think reading for fun is important? Yes, it's better to read for fun than being forced to read something (such as for uni/school where there is essential reading). I like having a choice in what I read. 12. Do you fold page corners or use a bookmark? Bookmark...I would NEVER fold the pages. 13. Do you prefer to read to music or in silence? Silence, I prefer complete silence! 14. Do you discuss books with your friends? Yes, mostly online (mainly this forum). 15. Do you borrow books from the library? Only for uni, I'm not a member of a library (although I keep meaning to). 16. Do you borrow/loan books from/to friends? I borrow from my family sometimes but I try not to lend books because I get a bit OCD to keep the books in perfect condition. There's been times when I've loaned books out and got them back with the covers bent or the spines broken so now I just don't do it.
  13. to the forum Stefan I've just started watching Dexter. Started at the end of the third series, beginning of the fourth which is a weird place to start. I'm already hooked though.
