Mince meet, cream crackers and onion. Fry onion, whack cream crackers to tiny bits, put everything in a bowl, do the seasoning and mix. In the oven, 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Done!

I add some parsley before mixing the meat with other ingredients. It gives a fresh note. Some italians put garlic too.. but meatballs became heavier. Anyway, well done Frankie.

I first watched the UK version and loved it, then watched the US version, and to be honest, the UK version has never felt the same anymore Usually the UK ones beat the US ones, but this time it's the other way around, at least for me.

I tried watching the US Office the other night, just to give it a go. I'm afraid I found the acting far more forced and unbelievable. With the UK Office, the first time I saw it I actually thought it was a real documentary for a while. I would never have thought that with the US Office.

I know what you mean about the UK Office first seeming like a real documentary, I too thought it was for real and thought 'good god, the boss can't be serious!!", and the US version doesn't have that quality. But in so many other ways it's superior!

I haven't been to Helsinki in a year, and then it was only for a weekend... And I haven't been to a cruise as a single gal in about a decade... It's going to be a hoot!

No, wait, I've been to Estonia as a single gal, but those are only 24 hour cruises. The cruise to Stockholm is a two day event!

It was back in September, they only got 5,20 % but that was enough to make it in to the parliament. They have the same issues in Denmark I think. Hopefully I speak for everyone when I say we don't judge a whole country based on the results in one election.

I just hope they won't ef everything up in the next four years, but will ef up enough to make people see this is not the way to go, this is not how the future should be.
