Mince meet, cream crackers and onion. Fry onion, whack cream crackers to tiny bits, put everything in a bowl, do the seasoning and mix. In the oven, 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Done!
I add some parsley before mixing the meat with other ingredients. It gives a fresh note. Some italians put garlic too.. but meatballs became heavier. Anyway, well done Frankie.
