  5. ooo I read this in year 10 for my prose cwk. I loved it but cried at the end. :-(
  6. I thought it was a depressing read all in all. Happy ending though :-) I felt there was so much room for plot development, for example;
  7. I've read a bit of A Child Called It... But I found it too upsetting and I was only 11 at the time so I stopped reading it.
  8. lol cool. I found her book so amazing... I'm trying to get everyone I know to read it :-)
  9. Hey, I know I'm new to this forum but I'd really like to share this book with you. Destroyed is a true story by Jayne Sterne. You can read my review here. Has anybody else read it? What are your views? If you havn't read it... Read it!
  10. Thanks so much the site looks great! :-)
  11. I hope to borrow this book from the library, as I'm not sure it would be worthy to buy. I've heard some 'wishy washy' reviews about it.
  12. All my family HATE reading. My dad says he likes reading but he mostly buys first editions and puts them on the shelves for visitors to see *rolls eyes* I hate that. I keep my books hidden away in a walk in wardrobe. I like to go in and choose a book with the door closed and the little light on :-)
  13. I used to but for the same reason's Karen mentioned in the first post, I don't want to get hooked on a story I don't have full access to. That's so annoying. Or a prefer to read a book from the start rather than skipping a few chapters because I've already read them in another book.
