  3. thank you all so much for your lovely welcome's im really liking this place everyone is soooo friendly, ive just finished my latest book, im just about to start another its called scaredy cat by mark billingham, has anyone read any of his books? there all thrillers im not used to reading these sort of books but thought i would give it a go. hope everyones ok. jo xxxx:friends0:
  4. i used to have a flap-jack recipe, i got it off the back of a quaker oats box but i have lost it and i cant seem to get it right without the recipe, does anyone have this recipe at home? if so could you please post in on here thanks xxx:)
  5. i have always read non fiction because i like a true story but then i read dear john by nicholas sparks and that changed my idea of fiction books, i absolutly loved this book and will be buying more fiction books in the future.
  6. ive got most of my books from w.h.smiths, but now realized that books from asda are nearly half the price
  7. i love to read in a bubble bath, with candles round the bath, not that i get much time now i got a 2 year old
  8. i have got about 30 books never really counted them ive only just started reading again, so if you ask the same question in a years time hopefully i will have a whole lot more
  9. no because the only library i can think of near me is about an hours walk and there isnt a bus to get there either which is a shame i would love to take my 2 year old there and spend all day reading books:mrgreen:
  10. ive just finished reading it!!!! it was amazing, im going to look for more books from him, my brother has just come out of the army and he met his girlfriend while he was in england but then had to go back to germany so i felt like i knew this person in the story it was great:)

Hello everyone!! my name is jo,im new to this forum,so not sure where to put my first post, i love to read!!! at the moment im reading 'beautiful child' by torey hayden,i absolutly love her books. i would like to get to know more book worms like me so please leave me a msg and let me know what books you are all reading at the moment,i would love to find out who everyones favourite author is to give me some fresh ideas about what books to buy next:) i like true storys and anything that brings a tear to my eye but also has a happpy ending. hope to speak to you all soon, jo xxxx
