Just finished this book - on more than one occasion I thought my brain was going to explode! If you are into quantum physics and the concept of thought experiments this will be easy for you but for the rest of us you have to concentrate hard not to be totally confused , well you do if you are like me. Would you read a book that was cursed? that's the first question - then we go on to mind reading and thought control - it is all very interesting and there is the hint of a love story in there. It is certainly like nothing I've read before and wouldnt it be great if we could read other people's minds and travel through time:) I also liked the fact the pages were all edged black - gave the book a cursed look...

I loved this book - it's one that will stay on my bookshelf for ever:D

hi I have started to read this but must admit I was disappointed so far - I couldnt stomach all the blood and guts in it! I dont know if I will go back and finish it or not- havent read any reviews of it myself ,

I enjoyed this book - its a very thorough account -and I liked the way it portrayed the detective. It also gave me a better understanding that particular time and how they viewed relationships and personal health.

Honestly - all over the house - we dont have enough book cases thats for sure

I now have a bookmark so wont be turning down any more pages! its one that came with my son's school photos -it has a photo of him on it which is lovely. just need to try and not loose it!

Atonement and Saturday - didnt get past the first couple of pages of either book -

It was just annoying to watch the first programme and then for all 3 to go through - they knew at the end of the first programme they were tied at the top so i dont understand why they asked people to vote?! Tom should be gone!what a waste of time Saturday's programme was. Bring back John

It's a disturbing book, but that's probably why I liked it. I read it years ago , it's one I would like to read again. I have tried to read some of his others but none of them have been as good as this one.

I am really sad to see him go , we havent had a good time recently and this made us smile for the first time in ages , was looking forward to his dance this Saturday and am upset he wont be there , it leaves a bad taste in my mouth , hope the judges and others on that programme who critised him are satisfied - they've upset me and others by him going.! I also agree with the previous two comments.

Why is everyone taking this so seriously? It's an entertainment programme - these are celebs - they don't need to win it to be dancers etc nothing is riding on them winning except a way of raising their own profile so I am not going to get upset if the best dancers are voted off - I've voted for John hope he wins!
