    For me it just got to be too much and I just don't mean the sex scenes. How many times can you say holy crap in a chapter. These aren't very well written but they did have an impact on the reading world

    I am seriously trying to reduce the number of books coming into the house primarily because I can't keep up with what I already have....plus the kindle...plus the free book sites...what's a girl to do?

    Hi poppy and everyone-thought I'd throw in my two cents from across the pond about the 100 year old man... I read it towards the end of last year and I thought it was very well written , quite clever and a lot of fun to read

    Thank you itsmeagain-I appreciate. I read the fifty shades trilogy-not a big fan. I also read the 100 year old man-very quirky and fun. Worked a little more today on Life of Pi but really need to get to the Kindle books I started

    I too have a Mt TBR that needs to be conquered or at least tackled at some point. Lately I've been. Buying more books on my kindle which is good in one way but still adds to the reading list. My question is has anyone bought a book,put it somewhere,forgot you bought it and then discovered you had it somewhere else? I've done that many many times

    Thank you so much everyone for your kindnesses-I appreciate the more than I can say. I'm still working on The Passage; Life of Pi and Tiny Birds Fly Away. I think reading three at a time is a bit much as I don't seem to finish anything so I'm going back to two at a time -much more manageable for me
