  1. was in the hairdressers this morning and they had the N-Dubz cd playing, I really liked it and I hate dance type music
  2. the one I watched before that was The Orphanage very good thriller
  3. Moon was ok to start with but I soon got bored towards the end

  7. My Dh loves these books, infact he sits there giggling while he's reading them, tbh I haven't read any of them yet, might try them once I've finished the couple of Thomas Hardy novels I've got
  8. I often have 2 books on the go at a time, a novel and a non-fiction book
  9. I was not expecting the story to end the way it did, a very well written book full of emotions
  10. I have just finished reading this book and although it was difficult to get into at first, it was a story that made me feel many emotions, happiness, sadness, love...... such a beautiful story, this is a book that I will definitley be passing onto my sister for her to read.
  11. I've had a busy weekend getting the garden tidied up, the hedges have been cut, soil dug over, lawns cut, walls rebuilt, patio pressure washed.
  12. Our local Help The Aged charity shops often has some good books at very low prices, but once again I was too slow in getting a couple that I'd spotted last Monday, went back in on Wednesday and they'd gone

  14. I visit the library for books when I'm wanting design ideas but when it comes to novels I admit I should go there more often and save money instead of buying loads of books

    Thomas Hardy

    thank you everyone for your replies, still got a pile of other books to read first, but I'm determined to read a few more of Hardy's, think Far from the Madding Crowd will be the next one I attempt
  19. I've read "A Pair of Blue Eyes by Thomas Hardy, took me a while to read it but I got there and loved every page of it. Now I'm wondering which one to attempt to read next. Which one would you recommend ?
