It is mostly the spinny room on first getting up then once upright I'm fine. Yes I had bloods done to rule out other things, but doc reckoned this is what it was. And I do have tablets...take one in morning and two at night. It isn't too bad, but I know it could go on for a while.

Hopeyou'll be feeling better by Christmas Diane, nothing worse than feeling ill when people are expecting you to be all festive:(

I don't feel ill....just wobbly on occasions (without the drink !)

I was a bit worried about having a coughing fit in the middle of the pool but is didn't happen.

'Tis done...only took about 2hrs...lol...all the holiday stuff plus the stuff added to the holiday stuff etc.

Lol Inver, take a leaf out of my book ....there are surprisingly very few things that REALLY need ironing

to be honest Poppy some of it would hardly have needed ironin if I hadn't thrown it all into a pile, but some were creased to bits!

Off to Center Parcs, Penrith for a week, with sunshine I hope!

that is hot..not quite that bad up here but so humid. Went for a swim today, was lovely and cold in the pool, came out had a shower which was too hot, dried, dressed and then wanted to jump back in again.

I can imagine.. Had a little thunder here a couple of hours ago and has cleared the air a little ..
