    Russell came to my son's school for a fathers vs sons football match - one of his cousins goes to the same school. Russell also sponsors his younger cousin (playing yesterday)'s football team :)

    Hi Diane.

    I'm all right, thanks, although I hurt my back at work on Sunday and had to take yesterday off - luckily it's just a pulled muscle and not anything too serious so I've got some tablets from the doctor, which seem to be slowly working. I'm hoping to go back for my next shift, which is Saturday.
