  1. I've always hoped that Peter James left that open so he could write a sequel. With a unique storyline such as Host was, there is so much room for follow up books.
  2. I had a hotdog in a roll with chilli/jalapeno relish. I'm now debating calling the fire brigade to put my mouth out!

    Wideacre is the first, then The Favoured Child, then Meridon. All three are brilliant
  4. I had to have a break between the first two of his books and I still haven't got round to reading the third. It's fascinating to read the life of someone like him, who has endured all of what he has and still stands strong but it does take alot out of you at the same time.
  5. Charlotte's Web was a book I studied in English many many years ago. I can vaguely remember it, I definitely remember it being great. As a reward for end of term finishing, we also watched the film. I think I may have to reread this one to jog my memory, it's not what it used to be!

  18. I've nearly finished 'Gravity' now, and trust me, you don't want to know what the blue globby stuff is. *shivers*
  19. I really enjoyed bloodstream Emma and I'm LOVING Gravity. It's totally gripping, edge of seat stuff and I'm just dying to know what the globby blue stuff is!!!

  21. lmao Nice to know I'm remembered in my absence I shall look forward also to hearing your opinion on AK's book. It definitely sounds like something I'd enjoy but you just never know until you start reading do you?
  22. I've just started reading Bloodstream by Tess Gerritsen Emma and so far I'm loving it. I hope you enjoy her too
