I am searching for books with a similar plot as the remarkable 1950 movie All About Eve. In short the movie is about a fan of a famous older actress, who insinuates herself into the life of the actress, ultimately threatening her career and her personal relationships. (I know the movie is based on a short story by Mary Orr.) Greatful for all suggestions!
