  1. Currently reading the book of short stories called The Bazzar of Bad Dreams by Stephen King. September 25th 2016
  2. I'm not sure if the third 5th Wave book is out yet, got the 1st and 2nd ones though. It's brill, definitely worth a try, and very different to other books I've read with the same theme. I prefer paperbacks too Yeah sure I'll let you know if it ends on a cliff hanger (without any spoilers of course) Thanks for the recommendations I'll have to have a look at them, haven't heard of them before which is good.
  3. Hey, thought I'd give an update, still reading The 5th Wave, it amazing so far! Picking it up whenever I can The trailer for the film has just started being shown on TV so I'm frantically looking for the remote whenever it comes on so I don't get any spoilers lol
  4. Hello, Yeah, I'm definitely looking forward to getting some good recommendations to add to my pile Hopefully will discover some gems I wouldn't have come across otherwise. Oh brilliant I'm just about to pick it up again tonight, I'll let you know how it goes
  5. The last film I saw was the new Jennifer Lawrence film called 'Joy'. I loved it! It's definitely worth a watch Very inspiring and thought provoking, while at the same time being interesting and entertaining.
  6. Hello, I'm Kelly. I'm new to forums and came across this site by accident while googling books and I'm glad I did. Thought I might be able to talk to some like minded people with a mutual love of reading. I'm currently reading The 5th Wave and so far it's quite gripping and interesting. They're making a film of it soon so I need to get reading so I can see the film after I've finished reading the book. My favourite set of books are The Hunger Games, and I'm hoping to find another set of books that grasp my imagination and interest like they did. I'm also contemplating writing my own novel, which I'm excited about, have been thinking about it for a while but now I seem to have more free time so I might actually make a start
  7. I've got the Divergent books and Four which is part of the series, they're on the 'to read' list, which is very long and continues to grow lol. My book case is full of books to read and I keep buying more. Oo is it, I didn't realise, I'd better get reading then as I'll want to see the film after reading the book. Chloe Grace Moretz is a brilliant actress, I loved her in 'If I Stay', I'm going to read that book also and I hope it live up to the film. Yeah I might post and introduction Still getting used to how a forum works, never been on one before.
  8. Went to a middle earth theme day a few months ago, was inspired to get the books, Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. I loved the films, I hope the books are just as good books are usually better than the films, so I have high hopes
  9. This book has definitely peaked my interest. I think I may have to look into it and see if it will make it onto the 'to read' soon list
  10. The Hunger Games is amazing! I've read them numerous times. The storyline is brilliant. I wish I could read them not knowing what happens again. Enjoy
  11. Hello, I'm new to this forum, this is my first post I've just started The 5th Wave. It's good so far, and I think they're making a film of it soon that should come out later this year have been trying to find something as gripping as I found The Hunger Games to be, hopefully this will be that
